What Is Under Floor Heating?
This is Highly Practical, Easy To Install, simple and economical way of adding
warmth to your home and hotel. It can be used with all type of floors, weather ceramic tiles, wooden flooring, stone,porceleain,glued down floors (LVT, wood, carpet ) The heat source is an insulated cable , fixed on a self
adhesive fibre glass mat, terminated at ends with cold lead for connection to power supply. It is a factory assembled unit, can not be alterted or terminated at site. To ensure safe installation read instruction
manual carefully in details.
Radiant Floor Heating System
This consists of a twin core, insulated resistance element covered with protective shield for safety and overall sheathed, and finally terminated with cold lead for power supply through temperature controller
(thermostat). The thermostat is having one floor temperature sensor to control the set temperature of Floor. This under floor heating cable is fixed on a self adhesive fibre glass net to ensure easy handling
and fixed heat spacing.

Advantage For Building/Hotels
During winter, the chilling cold is quite uneasy. It is like a cold shock, if one comes out of bed uncovering quilts or blankets, the floor is also quite cold, and results in cold exposure if one is barefooted.
The under floor heating is the best, clean and economical solution, to maintain a cozi pleasant atmosphere in the room.
In many northern contries, like north America, Europe, Canada, Artantica, Russia,
wetness extreme cold, in winter and can not be easy to control every room and place with heaters and air conditioners, it is quite convenient to install electrical floor heating. During building construction
, just as a supplement to electrical wiring and plumbing work. It is very economical if this is done during building construction.
It is economical in terms of running cost also, once the floor temperature
is reached a comfortable 25° centigrade to 28° centigrade temperature, it switched off automatically. the entire room or house is kept at a very cozi, comfortable warm temperature, to do regular house hold
work is quite convenient. It can be installed at bathrooms, kitchens and lobby also.
Because no air flow, as in other heating appliances,like air conditioners and heat converters,no dust particles movement
and increased air pressure in closed room happen, it is best suitable for hospitals, where air and dust can cause many health problem.

Custom Capabilities
The under floors heating mat, are available with different insulations, and temperature grades, different line voltage grades and different sizes, as per customer requirements.
Caution
- These cable mats, are factory set and in no case it can be cut or alterted at site.
- In case of damage/ or cut accedently do not use it, and inform your dealer to replace immediately.
- The cables may be installed with proper factory instructions.
- Read carefully, before attempting to install.
- Do not install yourself, the work to be done by trained professional only.
- These under floors heating mats, are strongly recommended, to install with over current protection device, and GFCI devices, to ensure total protection against any damage or fault.
- The floors where these mats are fitted, do not attempt to drill, or replace tiles, without expert guide.
FAQ
Q : installing heater, under my floor, I m walking on electrical cable, strange ?
A : it is quite safe, entire heating system is buried in mortar and concrete. Nothing is exposed outside, then it is covered with wooden or ceramic flooring. No chance of shock as these work as additional
insulation. Apart from it the system is secured by ground fault controlling device, so incase by chance any further construction work is performed accidently, without knowledge it will trip the system. The
cables are totally water proof, each and every piece is completely tested before final packing, it can be installed in bathroom floors also.
Q : ok, I understood, it is safe for me, but what about my flooring which is under constant heat ?
A : no, as the temperature is very low in comparision to capacity to heating resistance of your floor. It shall not damage even in case of years of service life.
Q : I have wooden flooring, can it be installed ?
A : yes, it can be installed.
Q : in my area, the winter is just for 2 or 3 months, when we feel extreme cold, why should I invest so much for this little period ?
A : in extreme winter days, you will need room heaters, quilts and other means of warming devices, you have to store them for the remain days, lot of wear and tear etc will be there. But this is just
available when you need. No modifications no worries, no requirement of space, just clean and smart looking of your room.
Q : I m a hotel owner and want to install in my rooms but afraid it may be costly ?
A : it is not so costly in comparison to the enhancement of hotel comforts people who know about it will prefer the rooms fitted with such systems. It is addition of luxury and comforts with smart way.
Installation Process
- It is under construction, however detailed installation booklet will be available with each and every pack of MATS.
- It is highly recommended to ensure installation by trained professional only.
- Keep site photographs, and drawings, in a separate file, for future use, as the service life is too high and owner can forget the location.
